1. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not available.

Cancellation requests are processed within one working day.
2. Refund
Refunds are issued for canceled orders and eligible returns.
Refunds will be processed within three working days of the cancellation request or receipt of the returned product.
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Return Policy
Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and provide an opening video proof of the damaged item.
We will assess the video proof and initiate a refund or replacement as appropriate.
